I’m a male student from Marmara University and looking for a flatmate to share my beautiful apartment with.

*The apartment is located right in the center of istanbul. It only takes you 10 min to the Shopping Centers and just a few minutes to get to Mecidiyeköy-Taksim by metro.
There is a very good infrastructure, metro , buses, metrobus are close to the apartment.
Since the apartment is so centered, you can reach the universities easily and also all surrounded neighbarhoods like (Beşiktaş, Ortaköy, Bebek, Eminönü, Üsküdar, Kadıköy.. ).
without getting stucked in traffic jams.
*The apartment have 3 fully furnished rooms. They have 1 Bed, 1wardrobe, 1 book shelves, 1 desk and chair, 1TV (You can watch CableTV- 42 channels). The furnitures are new. We have no living room though.
*You are also free to use our shared kitchen, what has everything you need for cooking like Oven, Washing Machine, Refrigerator.
Furthermore you would have an unlimited Wireless Internet connection (1024 KBPS), 24 Hours hot water, shower & toilet, a board for shoes & coats.

+Bills: Appr. Summer:50Euros / Winter:80Euros for each person (Electricity, Natural Gas (Heating, Cooking, Hot Water), Water, Apartment Cleaning.
