My name's Liam - I am a 30 year old English teacher from the UK.
I'm looking for clean, quiet, reliable people to rent two rooms in my large 3-bedroomed flat. Any nationality welcome. The rooms are available now.
The flat is on the top floor (4th) of a good quality building, located in Ösmanağa, right in the heart of Kadıköy Merkez.
The ferry ports are a 3-4 minute walk, buses and dolmuş are a minute away and the main bus and minibus stations are about a 5 minute walk.
The Bull and Bahariye Caddesi are less than 5 minutes away too.
Despite this, it is in a quiet location, with good neighbours - and I don't make too much noise either!
The flat is well furnished and has double-glazing, central heating, unlimited wireless internet, shower and bath, 24-hour hot water, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen (inc. dishwasher, microwave, proper cooker, etc.).
Both rooms are light and spacious and have a great view over the Bosphorus. They are furnished with a decent bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, drawers and television.
You will also be free to use the large living room and dining area - and watch the world go by on the street below...
The rent is 475TL for the medium-sized (9m²) room and 525TL for the large (12m²) room, plus a third of the bills. One month's rent as deposit.
