Flatmate in center of Üsküdar, close to sea and dock ! – urgent -

Hi,
I am studying in Istanbul Bilgi University, Business-Economics, 4.th year and looking for a house-mate (especially student). I am living in the center of Üsküdar which is safe and very center area for Istanbul. My flat is close to many universities like Galatasaray University, Bahçeşehir University, Marmara University, Yıldız Technical University, Bilgi Universities ... and lots of more and also 10 minutes to the European side by frequent ferries to Beşiktaş, Kabataş, Eminönü(15 min.), Karaköy (15 min.)... and close to Taksim, Mecidiyeköy, Ortaköy... My home is 5-6 minutes by walking to the Üsküdar Dock. Also Kadıköy in Anatolian side, is 10 minutes from Üsküdar by bus. You can see from google maps my home location (Üsküdar center):

My flat is in the 3.rd floor and fully furnished. It is 90 m2 and sunny. It has 2 rooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom-toilet, 3 balcony (one is small in the kitchen). It has natural gas connection with stove, limitless internet connection, digitürk cable TV. Kitchen tools and all other home goods, commodities are available. Just take your luggage and stay. The flat is clean and has recently painted.
There are 2 room selection for you to stay and i will stay in the other. One which has a balcony outside is a little bigger. The monthly price for smaller room is 600 TL and bigger room is 700 TL. This price also includes limitless wireless internet connection fee, monthly apartment fee and cable TV fee. We will share natural gas, electricity and water fees only.
