Room in shared house at taxim. GREAT VIEW

hello to all;
i will be on a trip from the 4th of August until 27th of november. All in all 4 months.
I prefer to rent my room in a 2 month period. That means from august to september /
october and november.
The house is located in Galatasaray close to the famous Taxsim hood,
right in the center of Istanbul, with a beautiful view over the city. It is a very
very bright, sunny and tranquil house.

The istiklal street with all her shops and bars and the Galatasaray high school are just a stone's throw away from us.
The House is fully furnished (washing machine, air condition, heating, hot water, wireless, projector except dish machine) and has 4 big rooms. ( 1 for study + 2 bedrooms + 1 living room). I live with my house mate in the same apartment for 5 years.
Monthly fee is 750TL(aproximetly 350 euro) + expenses for (cleaning+wireless+electricity+water+winter time heating)
150 TL (70 euro)approximately. In winter + 100tl for heating.
