Hello everybody,
I'm a 22 year-old student from Bogazici University and looking for a person who wants to rent my room for the months August and September, since i would not be there during this time.
My apartment is located in the neighbarhood Etiler very close to the
Bogazici University.(5 minutes by walking).
The room is fully furnished ( wardrobe, a cabinet, a commode, one double-bed, one couch, a table and chair) and is with 24 square-meters very big.
You are free also to use the wireless internet connection, tv, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and a kitchen what has everything you need in order to cook your meals.
With 24 square-meters and a double-bed the room is also suitable for two persons.
The prices:
350 TL for usage as private room
225 TL for usage as double room
Expenses (about 100TL/month) are not included in the rent.
