Flatmates for furnished flat in the center of Ankara

I am looking for two flatmates. The flat is in Konur Street, Kizilay, so the location is as good as it can get in Ankara. The rent is 700 TL, and the bills can be as high as 200 TL, so whoever is interested should expect to pay about 300 every month. The flat is pretty big, there are three bedrooms and a living room. The flat is on the second floor. There is a pretty decent pub downstairs.
The flat is fully furnished, there are beds, wardrobes and so on in the rooms. There is also a washing machine, a fridge, a telly, a telephone, a stove, a house-bar and unlimited internet access in the flat.
I have a couple of turtles. Dogs are OK, I am not really fond of cats but I can decide to tolerate them if I really like you!
