Searching mate for my residence flat

Hi, I'm an architecture student in istanbul technical university.I'm searching for a flat mate . I have a residence flat in beşiktaş serencebey, Its small 1+1 totally 65 m2 but its really functional . There is a sofa and a couple bed in flat. I have all furnitures and etc. I want a open minded funny interactive person to share my house , sex doesnt matter. There is a park,small fitness room , pool and sauna in flat. İts really close to transportations. We can talk about price after we like each other:)
