Looking for Flatmate(s)

To Whom It May Concern:
I am Nassef Adiong, PhD student in International Relations at METU (ODTÜ), who is looking for a flatmate regardless of nationality, race, religion, color of the skin, or sexual orientation. He or she could be alone or may bring someone close to him/her, whom both of them are willing to share one room.
My apartment is situated in Birlik Mahallesi, Çankaya, Ankara which is 10-15 minutes away from Kizilay (city center) by bus or dolmus, and 5-10 minutes away from Tunalı. The only hassle is that you have to take the BUS 413 going to Kizilay and take a dolmus going to METU. It’s the same instruction of going back to the apartment. This is for those who would like to live outside of the campus and observe Turkish lifestyle.
There is a hospital, Migros or Peynirci (markets), and 365 mall near to my flat. The security of the whole building is well intact and there is even military camp/houses near from the vicinity. It is completely well-furnished with oven, washing machine, tv, refrigerator, wireless internet, and etc. It is also centralized in terms of its heating and hot water. Furthermore, it's very solemn and quite place especially for those who are students, teachers and scholars who will do research works in the apartment. There is also a very luscious green garden outside of the balcony and a depot or stock room.
There is no deposit or downpayment; you will only have to pay 300 TL per month inclusion of everything, i.e., payments for the rent, aidat, electricity, water, dual gas, washing machine, cable tv, internet, and telephone (local). This payment is comparable with those students living in common dormitories with limited space and privacy. I lived before in one of its dorms and I paid 269 TL per month.
