Central location+big and clean rooms+good price

Hi,
We have a 5 floored building with 9 rooms in it. Every room has a bed, table, wardrobe and chairs in it. You will also have a floormate(not roommate) which you will share your toilet. The rooms are quite big(18-22 squaremeters) so you might also want to share the room with a friend.
We have a few shared areas like the terrace and kitchen. We have all the equipment you need to cook, if you want to. The terrace is good for the hot summer nights.
The location is great. 5 minutes by foot to Galata or Istiklal Street. It is also 10 minutes walking to the ferries which go to the asian side. There is also a train station which is 2 minutes by walking. The building is secure and clean. We have a employee who stays at the building and takes care of small repairs and security. The shared areas are being cleaned every 2 days. So the kitchen and toilets are always clean.
There is internet and a washing machine for sure.
