I am an English teacher who has a 3 bedroom flat in Kadikoy/Moda.
The flat is at the heart of Moda which is a very trendy and cozy neighbourhood in Kadikoy.
It is only 1 minute walking to the seashore. 5 minute walking to the bar street. 5 minute walking to the center of Kadikoy. 10minutes walking to the ferry/bus/minibus/dolmush stations.
It is 120 sq m. Has a large and spacious living room, has an American style kitchen, a bathroom, a laundry room, a small covered balcony and 3 bedrooms.
The small bedroom: 300 Euro
The medium bedroom: 350 Euro
The large bedroom: 400 Euro
( Everything is included: water, electricity, gas, heating, internet Wi-Fi, Sattelite or cable TV, super-attendant fee, fridge, stove, TV, fully furnished.
All you have to do is to move in! :)
The rent will be on monthly terms and the deposit is half of the rent.
The only condition is: No wild parties, NO loud noise after 11pm and having respect towards my neighbours.
