room for foreigners

I have an empty room in my flat. I want to rent it to a foreigner. The properties of the house and the room is as follows:
- On the metrobus route (15 min to Mecidiyekoy, 30 min to Taxim, 20 min to Bakirkoy)
- Nearly 15 m^2 of room space, 80 m^2 flat space
- Fully furnitured having washing machine, fridge, owen, plasma TV, DVD player, sofa set, bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, iron, and a computer that can be used by the flatsharer.
- The heating system is natural gas
- 24 hours hot water
- ADSL internet connection
