I am looking for flatmate or roommate who is one of the English Language speaking countries. As Im an English teacher working in a Teacher Training
High School I would like to improve my English as I'm intended to become an academician at University. I am looking a friend who will be able to share the flat for a year.
Im a non smoker person but smoker is also possible. I also l’ke all animals but to share a flat with pets is really hard as I once tried it before which was rather hard I would not like to experience it again. On the part of personality I am an extravert and very communicative one.
In my flat you can find a television internet l’ne with ADSL a refrigerator a washing machine an oven and including all the kitchen tools And also I have some furniture such as an extra wardrope a big mirror and a table drawers and a bed for you
In the bathroom the shower works with electricity.
My house is situated behind a very big hotel named ERESIN which is just opposite of HOLIDAY INN. The building is situated just behind the tramway and underground. Also you can find so many vehicles like dolmus buses, cars every part of Istanbul. It takes 20 minutes by bus to Taksim. The location is really safe, and transportation is easy to go all over istanbul (Taksim, Levent, Asia sides) by just tramway or bus. The house in in CAPA. I can say that Its just
5-6 stops after Sultanahmet by tramway. If you like to spend time there its so easy for transportation.
The room that you will share unfortunately does not have a balcony and has only alittle sunshine. But when you step the outdoor and realize how near ‘ts to the centre of the city you will forget little shine in your room easily. And also you need to use a stove to make your room hot in winter.
The rent is 350TL per month not including bills. There is no any apartment fees except 10 TL for cleaning every month. When we started to share the flat we will share the bills of water, electricity and internet. I do not feel we will have any problem with bills. I have shared a flat for 4 years/So Im rather experienced with these cases.
