I am looking for a flat mate (female) for my own house..I am an engineer.It is very close to city center and subway. All rooms are furnished and it has a very good city view. 200 trl is just for water, electricity and natural gas usage. I have very intensive business trips and I can not stay at home minimum 10 days a month. I need a flat mate who can take care of my home when I am away.
The reason I want a female flatmate is not just because of the sexuality difference but also to help me to compile and collect around.
