Me and my flatmate looking for 1 flatmate (female or male)
+ Place: Besiktas / Dikilitas (which is very close to the taksim or universities like Yildiz, Bogazici, Bahcesehir, Galatasaray)
+ Duplex 160 m2 including terrace
+ The apartment has three bedrooms, two good bathroom and kitchen :)
+ American Parquet and house is very very clean & spacious
+ 4 th Floor.
+ Just 3 minute's walk to the Bus Station or 5 minutes to Barbaros street (besiktas)
+ On the barbaros street you can reach everywhere by bus (Maslak, Levent, Ferry Stations, Taksim) If you dont reach to give 1,5 TL then you can walk to Besiktas in 10 minutes :)
+ A taxi to Taksim costs just 7 TL. Or by bus 20 minutes.
+ The apartment building is new, very safe neighbourhood, and in a quiet, but central location.
+ Our house is very near to the Police Station (about 50 meters)

I'm working in a Mining Company as an engineer also having my master degree, We can speak English fluently. Our native language is Turkish :) And my other flatmate is university student :)
Smoking and drinking is fine!
The rent is 550 TL (excluding bills: electricy, 4 mbit wireless, water, heating.. etc.) maximum 120 TL per/person per/month.
You will have an access for all utilities (fridge, washing machine, oven, etc.) And your room have a TV, Bed, Working Desk and wardrobe). Please ask pictures of furnitures for info.
