Flatmate wanted for comfortable apartment

Hello,
My name is Onur and looking for a flatmate.
Flat has 2 rooms and 1 living room.1 room is mine and second room is rental.
In the flat you will find what ever you want,i mean i am sure that flat is like your family’s flat.It has washing machine, refrigerator( fridge ), oven, vacuum cleaner, satellite tv,natural gas for heating and hot water, internet and computer.
In your room,it will be wardrobe, table with chair ( if you would like to work on it ), chiffonier with mirror, armchair, balcony and of course healthy bed for sleeping.
Flat is in the asian side of istanbul.It is 15 minutes from Kadiköy ferry station by walk.And also 2 minutes to bus, metrobus, minibus and train station by walk.Transport is really easy to go all over istanbul sides.
Price is 550 Try ( 260 euro ) + bills
I am not taking deposit, cause i am trustful.
