I am a single mother who is in her 40 and working in weekday.
I live with my daughter who is starting university this year.
We want to rent out one of our room from the 16th of August on.
Our home is clean silent and safe.
The apartment is in a triplex and cosy comfortable house right in the center of Istanbul and
very close to the universities.
It only takes you 10 minutes by walking to get to the Galatasaray University and
15 minutes by bus to reach the Boğaziçi University.
From here you can go to every nice spot of the city in 10 or 15 minutes by taking
one bus. To go to the seaside it only takes you 5 minutes by walking.
We have 4 single furnished rooms and a living room.
The apartment is fully furnished with -washing machine - Kombi heating, hot water - Internet,TV.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking like refrigerator etc.
All bills are included in this price.... Room will be available from the 16th of August.
