The room for rent is the biggest room in flat, contains two beds, two computer tables, wardrope, and a bookshelf. The room is also suitable for couples.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, a small room, kitchen and bath.. It is all furnished. It also has 24/7 hot water, washing machine, fridge, limitless internet connection, TV with cable... There are lots of shops, restaurants, and bars closed to flat. Its extremely close to the Osmanbey metro(2 minutes by walk) and thus extremely close to everything in Istanbul.
We have a great Chinchilla cat, named Frodo.
Now, only my flatmate is at home.
The room is for rent untill October.
450TRL/month contains all costs(rent + bills)
or 120TRL/week
