Searching for a new flatmate

Hello everyone,
We are living in an nice apartment and very central in Istanbul / Kadikoy.
As you can see on google map, the apartment is just 2 minutes away from the railway station (Haydarpasa).
Bus stations and ferries are reachable in 1 minute. It takes only 20 minutes
to get to Taksim Squere by one of the minibusses which go 24 hours a day.
Kadikoy is a nice place to live. Theres a big shopping mall / hipermarket and a few supermarkets around the house. You can reach the Bull Statue (center of Kadikoy) and Kadife Sokak ( most beautiful street of Kadikoy with lots of bars & cafes & restaurants )
The apartment has four rooms and a living room.
We are 2 girls (studying at Istanbul Commerce University) who are sharing the apartment.
We are friendly people and don't have any strict rules about our living together. That also mean we are not so obsessively clean, but also not so messy of course :) And we are planning to buy a cat. Please tell us if you mind having a pet, before moving in.
The apartment has 4 rooms.
There are 2 empty rooms available for one person (the rooms are not so big)
This new flatmate can use both of the rooms, too. As you can see from the pictures, the rooms are empty right now. If anyone decide to move in, we will buy a single bed, a wardrobe, desk and chairs. If you really want to design your rooms on your own and buy your own furniture, they are all yours. Just warn us before we buy the furnishes :)
You also can use the washing machine, refrigerator (you can't see it on the picture cause its an old picture) , TV, unlimited wireless connection...
One more thing, we are both smoker but always trying to keep the house very fresh.
If anyone is planning to move to Turkey "for a year" (starts from the Fall);
The rent is 360 Turkish Liras for one person.
There are additional fees wich are not included in the rent and need to be paid monthly. These extra costs for electricity, water, internet connection etc.. are not so high and are normally about 100-150 Liras per person.
